Excimer Laser also known as Laser Eye Surgery is the common refractive surgery for those who have vision disorders like; myopia, hypermetropia, astigmatism. It is applied in the circumstances below:

• Diopter value should be stable.
• Myopia should be less than -10 diopter.
• Astigmatism should be less than -6 diopter.
• Hypermetropia should be less than +4 diopter.
• Corneal tissue should be thick enough.
• Patient should not have chronic diseases such as diabetes or rheumatism.
• Patient should not have other eye diseases such as keratoconus, ocular hypertension, etc.
• There should be a suitable ocular structure.
