Breast Enlargement

Breast enlargement is a very common surgical procedure preferred by 2 million women almost every year. Since breast represents sexuality and femininity in women, it is a fact that this operation also has a psychological effect. Breast enlargement is generally preferred by two reasons, first for beauty/cosmetic purposes and the other is for recovery/restoration. Generally, the deformity in the breast due to pregnancy, breastfeeding and aging is one of the main reasons for choosing this operation. Basically, breast enlargement is the operation of placing a breast implant in to the breast. According to the patient’s expectation, it is applied in 3 different ways; armpit (transaxillary), nipple (periareolar) and bottom of the breast (inframammary).

Breast Uplift

Breast uplift is a surgical procedure that aims to correct and make the form of breast more aesthetic the relaxation of ligaments in the breast due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, aging, excessive weight loss or genetic reasons. It is applied by uplifting the darker area on the nipple and removing the excess tissues from the breast skin.

Breast Reduction

Breast reduction surgery is a surgical procedure applied for therapeutic purposes rather than an aesthetic operation. The breast, which is more than desired causes many problems such as pain, movement limitation and the problem of finding clothes. In this operation, it is aimed to reduce the size, volume and weight of the breast. The process can be applied in two ways;

  • Graft Technique: After the tip of the breast is removed, the breast is reduced as much as desired and a new nipple is created. As a result of this procedure, there is a loss of sensation in the nipple and the patient cannot milk.
  • In the flap technique, the excess tissue is removed by cutting the nipple or under the breast while protecting the nipple. After this procedure, there is no loss of sensation in the nipple and the patient can give milk. This procedure is more suitable for those who prefer less reduction compared to the Graft technique.
